The Stretch Project – Week 3 Progress

Before we get into today’s progress report, let’s all wish the Mister a happy fortieth birthday. The year we started dating, he turned 30…I can’t believe we’ve celebrated a decade of birthdays together so far!
So let’s take a week at last week’s poses. There were some tough ones.
Day 15 – Bow Pose
Day 16 – Reverse Plank
Day 17 – Triangle
Day 18 – One Handed Tiger
Day 19 – Camel Pose
Day 20 – Splits
Day 21 – Single Leg Shoulder Stand
Week 3 Realizations:
1. My shoulders are a lot tighter than I thought, so any thing where I’m reaching behind is hard. I’ll have to work on that.
2. The camera timer and I don’t get along.
3. My splits are non-existent.
