I mentioned in my June goals post last week that I wanted to complete The Stretch Project, and I’m  thinking a little blogging accountability will keep me on track.

So I’m sharing the first week’s progress, and since the Mister is participating along with me,  I’m sharing his photos, too..

What’s I’ve learned so far:
1. I’m a lot more capable than I give myself credit for.
2. The first rule of jujitsu, “Whatever you do, don’t hold your breath,” totally applies to stretching as well.
3. My husband is seriously attractive =)
