We started our renovation project over the weekend, and with some pretty specific deadlines on the progress, I’m expecting my attendance at jujitsu to dwindle the next couple weeks.

Since we have hit swimsuit season, that means that I needed to find other ways of getting my workout in…so I decided to try to keep up with Blogilates ReJUNEivate workout calendar on the days that I can’t get to the dojo or don’t have another workout scheduled. Cassie’s videos make look short and sweet, but they are no joke.

My choice for today’s Musical Monday was the song challenge from one of the videos – Ken Waters “Dreams” featuring TJ Carter.
