Last year after my brother and my sister-in-love got married, she mentioned on her blog that she wanted to order a hand stamp to use as a return address label for their correspondence.

The Etsy stamps that she featured on her blog were so darn cute that I shared them with the Mister. And I decided, that once we were married, I wanted a one, too – call it sibling envy!

Well last week, I ordered one from one of the stores she had featured. Here is what it will look like – with our contact info, of course:

I also ordered 200 free cards from Vistaprint with our updated contact info to slip into our thank you cards. It was the easiest way for family and friends to be sure of my new name and email address.

So what are the plans for the weekend?

Well, they definitely include writing those darn thank you notes that we keep putting off.

We’re also finally sending some announcements to family or friends that we couldn’t invite to the wedding. I know it’s a little non-traditional to send them six weeks after the wedding, but it’s better late than never.
