Ugly Sweater Ornament Swap

I’ve been looking forward to this post all week since this the first swap that I’ve co-hosted. Here’s the 60-second version. Each partner was to make and send a tacky “ugly sweater” ornament (think an Ugly Christmas Sweater party) to their partner along with a thoughtful ornament.
Since there was an odd number of participants, I was partnered with my co-hosts. I sent ornaments to Stephany at Mommy in a Boy’s World, and I received from Danielle at Secrets of a Sweet Southern Girl.
Danielle and I have met a few times via the Palmetto Bloggers, and she’s invited me to join her on her Talk to Me Tuesday feature, so I’d say she’s had some time to get to know my tastes. Here’s what she sent me:
First, there was the “ugly sweater” ornament, and I had to chuckle that Danielle literally made me a sweater. I had to laugh because the Mister had suggested I do something similar. I love how my ornament is trimmed with tinsel.
Then, there were two thoughtful ornaments – one was shoe-related (obviously). On a side note, I’m getting quite the collection of shoe ornaments; I’ll have to write a blog post on that sometime.
In addition to three great ornaments, she also sent me socks, candy and a Christmas card. Thank you so much, Danielle. You’ve spoiled me!
So now it’s your turn! Show us what you received in your swap package. Be sure to include the swap button and link to your partner and swap hosts.
