It’s hard to believe that we’re already in the third week of the #TheStretchProject (see my June goals) for more details. Here are photos of last week’s progress
Day 8 – Plow
Day 9 – Pigeon
Day 10 – Seated Forward
Day 11 – Lunge Twist
Day 12 – Side Plank
Day 13 – Tree Pose Side Plank
Day 14 – Starfish Side Plank
Week 2 Realizations:
1. Some of these poses require crazy balance, but they will work your abs.
2. Stretching after wine is never a good idea.
3. My husband cannot be trusted to take a flattering photo if there’s lots of bending and twisting involved.
