These two girls call several of country music’s male artists out big time on objectifying women in their music and videos. Now the girls say that they aren’t trying to be a feminist voice in the country world, but they wanted to give a different viewpoint of that girl in a country song.

We love all the artists that we’re picking at, and we love their music. We are fans of “bro country.” But the thing is, we wanted to bring a fresh and new perspective to country music. Country music is all about telling stories, and we’re just telling a little different one.

It’s hard to believe these girls are only 18 years old.  I can’t wait to see what else they create as they mature more as artists…and count down the days until their album releases.
