I confess…

I must have forgotten to set my alarm last night because this morning, I bolted awake at 7:30. Even though it wasn’t that late for me, starting the morning like that always throws a kink in the routine. Thank goodness the Mister is always sweet enough to make me coffee.

I confess…

I’m also enjoying freshly squeezed grapefruit juice that he made for me last night. He really is the best. BUT I confess, the only reason we had to juice the fruit was because I didn’t eat them the way I should have. Shame on me. =)

I confess…

I’m wearing red for National Wear Red Day to raise awareness of heart disease among women. I think many of us think heart disease affect mostly men, but that’s not true. Heart disease kills more women in America every year than all forms of cancer combined, and it can affect us even at early ages. To learn more about staying heart healthy and to recognize the signs of a heart attack, head over to Go Red for Women.

I confess…

Yesterday, I may have slightly panicked while driving when I noticed that there were three state troopers on motorcycles behind me on the interstate. However, they must have had somewhere to be because even though I was speeding, they just passed me and continued on their way. I noted to myself that I need to be more aware and more careful.
