The weather has been so nice this week that I’m dying to play hooky for an afternoon and go play outside. I mean how can you concentrate on work when it is 75 and sunny outside? I think we should go to go three-day work weeks and four-day weekends during the spring time.

When we went out for sushi on Valentine’s Day, my eyes were way bigger than my stomach. To the tune of us taking an order of vegetable tempura home because we ate some much we didn’t even touch it. I confess that I ate that entire order of vegetable tempura for lunch the next day. I’m going to give myself a premature heart attack, but it was so good.

I am entirely too excited about meeting some friends at the Flying Saucer for a beer this evening after work. Sometimes Happy Hour is just that exciting. It’s not as though I’ve had a hard week at work but still.

I have finally gotten my butt in gear and started exercising. When the weather is as nice as it has been, you really have no excuse to not at least take a walk with your dogs. And the Mister and I will go for a bike ride this weekend, though I wish we were heading to Charleston to go ride at the beach.
