Good morning, lovelies!

Okay, so if you read Mamarazzi’s blog, you probably already know that she’s decided to pass her weekly parties along to new permanent homes while she adjust to some changes in her life and eases her way back into blogging.

The Happy List party is being held at Art @ Home on Tuesdays. And Friday Confessional is being held here at High-Heeled Love! And check out the snazzy new button that Mamarazzi made for me. So let’s get on to the dirt because confessional is good for the soul.

I confess…

Last night, I stayed up late to finish Mindy Kaling’s book Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? I loved it; of course, I’m a fan of any book that makes me laugh aloud. It reminded me a lot of another favorite book, which is also a collection of humorous essays, but I don’t want to share the title because I’m sending it in my bloggy book swap package today. I don’t want to spoil the surprise for my partner.

I confess…

I was also staying up late waiting for the Mister to call me since he was out of town last night. I don’t like going to bed when he’s travelling without know he arrived safely. Now I’m ready for him to get home.

I confess…

I let the Mister go out of town without realizing we were out of coffee pods for the Keurig. We have beans, but I’ve never used our grinder or used ground coffee to make coffee in the Keurig; it’s much easier to just pop a pod in and push the button. I realize I’m spoiled. I could probably figure it out, but really a visit to Starbucks is probably in order.

I confess…

The weather forecast is calling for “wintry mix” again this weekend, and I am not happy about it. I really don’t like to be cold. Besides, wintry mix is just  fancy way of saying sleet. There’s nothing fun about sleet.

I confess…

This “wintry mix” really makes me want to take a mental health day from work, but I just cannot do it today. There’s too much to catch up on, but I might take the pup into work with me.  Last night, she was curled up in the chair, sleeping, and she kept barking in her dreams. It was the cutest thing ever.

Okay, now it’s your turn to share your confessional posts. Grab the button and link up below. Please comment after linking.
