Hello, friends!
Confession is good for the soul, so grab the button and let it all out. You’ll feel better when you’re finished.

I confess…
This post is going up late today because I had the good fortune of spending the day trying to get errands taken care of rather than work or blogging or really anything at my desk. The day started with a routine doctor’s appointment.
Then when I was paying bills for the company, I realized that my vehicle tax check had not cleared so I called about that – apparently the check was lost in the mail. My tags were expired so my afternoon consisted of taking a replacement to the treasurer’s office and then going to the DMV. Grrr!
So now, my taxes and tags and a late fee are paid. Whatever. The part that’s really irritating is that if the original check shows up in the mail, they’ll deposit it and then I have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to issue a refund.
At least the Gamecocks won last night.
I confess…
That my new game day t-shirt arrived in time for the first game after all, which totally made my day, and I looked cute (if I say so myself).
I confess…
The highlight of my weekend will involve a new appliance. After months of our current fridge leaking and creating puddles of water in the kitchen about every two weeks, the Mister and I have decided to take advantage of the Lowe’s Labor Day appliance store.
Tomorrow afternoon, this pretty baby arrives to keep all my foodstuffs cold and delicious. (Bonus: Lowe’s is an ebates store.)
I confess…
I had the good fortune to walk in a fashion show at our networking meeting this week, but I didn’t take any photos. I’ve asked the other ladies to send any they took my way, so I hope to have something to share soon.
I confess…
So every year, I re-watch all of Grey’s Anatomy in anticipation of the new fall premiers, but this year, I don’t think I’m going to make it. I’m about halfway through Season 7 and there’s still a lot of medical drama to watch before September 24. Who else is excited for Thursdays and three Shonda Rimes shows?
Watch the casts of #GreysAnatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder dance it out together!Join in the celebration of the return of #TGIT on September 24th starting at 8|7c. #HowDoYouTGIT
