Good morning, lovelies!
It’s time for the Friday Confessional party. Confession is good for the soul, so stop by to share all your dirty, little secrets. You’ll feel better when you’re finished, and we promise not to judge.
Some days I just have to laugh at the curve balls life throws at us. Without getting into the specific details, the Mister’s new job ended suddenly on Tuesday, blindsiding both of us. No need to worry because we’re pretty confident that he’s lined something new up; we’ll know more next week.
I have been in the zone this week when it comes to working on my jujitsu notebook. Yesterday marked the two-week point until my black belt exam, and I just can’t believe how fast it’s coming at me.
Logically, I know that I’ve trained really hard and should pass because I’ve put the work in, but I’m nervous. Logically, I know that being nervous is normal as well, but that doesn’t make me feel better.
Honestly, I don’t have much more to confess this week. My life has consisted of work and training. Life/blogging should get more interesting after October 13.
