Good morning, lovelies!
Confession is good for the soul, so grab the button and let it all out. You’ll feel better when you’re finished.
I am so glad Friday is here. I had a virtual coffee yesterday that turned into a whine session, and the day just continued to get worse. Luckily, the predicted storms didn’t happen so there was no water to clean up in my office today, and the sun is shining.
I may have ended the day yesterday like this:
The Mister shared this with me yesterday, and I wish that my pibble was chill enough to practice jujitsu on, but he’s a little too young and little too hyper. I do think the impending neutering this month will help with that.
Pitbull Jiu-Jitsu training!

I was so happy to see my buddy Judo Bob back on the mat yesterday in jujitsu. He’s in his mid-80s and is recovering from a stroke, but he has 70 years of experience on the mat.
Lately, his training consists more sitting down to the floor and getting back up in a way that avoids falls (he also beat bone cancer a few years ago), but I give him props for not giving up when it comes to mobility.
I’m a little intimidated by today’s pose for #TheStretchProject. I gave it a shot earlier, and let’s say 30 seconds is going to be really challenging. Her form looks perfect, but I may have to to do the half boat until I can hold this one with good posture.
