I confess…

Work has been busy busy this week in a very good way. I like starting and ending my week with a sale, and that’s the way this week has been shaping up to be.

I confess…

Our weather has been strange these last few weeks. We’ve been getting a lot of rain, and it’s been much colder than I would have expected for late April. Fortunately, the sun came back out yesterday. I’m looking forward to good weather over the weekend. Goodness knows that Roscoe needs a good walk at the Riverwalk.

I confess…

Speaking of the little monster, Roscoe, I think we have hit the “terrible two’s” of puppydom. It seems like he is into mischief all the time…including constantly picking on Paige. He probably weighs a good 10 pounds more than she does now, and he totally swings his weight around (pun intended). It may be time to consider getting him fixed though I’d like to wait a couple more months.

I confess…

This week in jujitsu, I feel like I have made a couple of mental breakthroughs. It’s a little strange to me that when I’m working on some of the most physically challenging exercises I’ve encountered, it’s the emotional side of things where I’m growing, but that’s how it goes I guess.

I re-posted this photo on instagram this week because it made me think of my jujitsu training more than life challenges.
