I confess…

I need to start this post by wishing my Mister a Happy Anniversary. We’re celebrating five years of marriage today. I cannot believe how quickly the time flies.

I confess…

Each spring, the Mister and I attend a charity auction dinner that’s kind of fancy so I get a new dress. Shopping for a new dress is exactly the sort of thing that I wish my mom were still around to help me shop for, or at minimum that my best friend didn’t live 3000 miles away. Luckily, the staff at White House Black Market are awesome.

Let’s talk puppy shenanigans. Two days in a row now, I’ve walked outside to find Roscoe on top of our patio table. As best I can tell, he’s jumping vertically up on to the table; this morning I also caught him just about to stick his nose in the Mister’s cereal bowl. We’re in serious trouble with this one.

My best buddy Rob and his fiancee are visiting this weekend, and they’re bringing this cutie with them. It’s been months since I’ve seen my sweet baby Em’s face, and I’m looking forward to hugging and kissing her cute little cheeks.

Cute, and awesome that she can stand, but the last thing you want to see at 4am.

I confess…

We’ve hit the jackpot for A Little Seed Grows because this weekend is a Brown Box Veggies Weekend AND the Flower Festival is in town. Looking forward to some great photos and planting the garden.

If we haven’t started from seed, this is where we head to get our garden starters. Looking forward to heading out to it Saturday afternoon.
