Cupcake test run

Last night, I did a practice run on the pink champagne cupcakes that I’m making for Em’s shower on Saturday. This evening, I’m going make the frosting to see how it turns out.

Champagne + White Cake Mix = Pretty Pink Cupcakes.

That’s my kind of recipe.

P.S. If you’re going to try the recipe, I found filling the cups about halfway with the batter worked best. I filled the first few 3/4, they “spilled” over when baking and looked lopsided.
