Yay for August!
As I’ve mentioned, this is my birthday month, so I always try to enjoy it. Though I have to admit, work has been kicking my butt these days.
Anyway, let’s look at July before get started with August. These were the July goals:
- Participate in the new @blogilates #JourneytoSplits challenge and post a photo each day on instagram.
- Stick with the Clean Sink challenge and begin the Load a Day Laundry challenge.
- Pick a color and paint our front door. Finish my crochet daffodil wreath for our front door and share on the blog.
- Host a craft night at my house for my girlfriends.
- Start course for insurance designation at work.
And my report: I made progress with all my goals, but didn’t complete any. Let’s just say that work and South Carolina heat made me quite unmotivated…and my puppy ate my crochet. I’m not joking.
I discussed my fitness goals in more detail last week for Fit for Me Thursdays. Here is the rest of August:
- Pick a paint color for the front door.
- Start on the gallery wall in dining room.
- Post one renovation progress report.
- Update my jujitsu notebook.
- Host a craft night at my house for my girlfriends.
