If you’re a regular around these parts, you may have noticed that the updates here on High-Heeled Love are getting pretty sparse. I wish this weren’t the case. I love this blog and miss interacting with you readers.

I don’t talk a lot about work here on the blog. I own an insurance agency, and two of the products that I handle include Medicare-related products as well individual health insurance. If you’re at all famaliar with these markets, you know the election period for the first runs from the middle of October to the beginning of December. Open enrollment for health insurance started Nov. 15 with the majority of my clients needing reviews by the middle of December, but it doesn’t end until February.

All this to say that I’m an incredibly busy bee at work and my hours grow quite extended this time of year. Pair that with a new puppy who needs lots of exercise, training and attention, and there hasn’t been a lot of extra time for blogging.

I owe y’all and my Weekly Round-Up co-host Miss Angie a huge apology since many of my blogging obligations just aren’t being met these days.

I’m hoping to sneak in here with updates when I can, but life with continue to be crazy through the end of the year between work and the holidays. At the very minimum, I expect Friday Confessional to stay on track.
