A Few St. Patrick’s Day Menu Ideas

As time keeps flying past us, St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow.

In Columbia, the big St. Pat’s in Five Points celebration was Saturday. The fountain was dyed green, and the green beer flowed with lots of live music all day. I didn’t go anywhere the festival, but Mister worked the door some friends who own a shop down in that area. He said it was crazy this year.

Instead, we took the pups down to Five Points on Sunday for the Bully Walk. I was pleasantly surprised at how well my dogs got along with all the others, and Roscoe was worn out by the time we were back in the car.

Anyway, I’ll be pulling the green out tomorrow and making some St. Paddy’s inspired food for the holiday. If you need a few ideas for the menu, here are my favorite finds.
